Q1. How to turn on the Bluetooth function on my smartphone? A1. To connect the light stick to your smartphone, you need to turn on the Bluetooth function of your smartphone. There are two methods to turn it on. – Method 1: Set Bluetooth status to “ON” by tapping the Bluetooth icon located on the upper part of your smartphone screen. – Method 2: Set Bluetooth status to “ON” by using the Bluetooth option in your smartphone settings. Q2. Although the smartphone’s Bluetooth function is on and I confirmed that the light stick is in “Bluetooth mode” as it is blinking in blue, the two won’t connect and rather continue to search for connection. A2. Depending on the model of the smartphone, Bluetooth function may only be available when the GPS function is on. Set GPS status to “ON” by tapping the GPS icon located on the upper part of your smartphone screen. Q3. When a concert begins, the light stick turns off. A3. Once a concert begins, the light stick is controlled wirelessly. If the light stick’s battery level is sufficient, yet it fails to perform properly, it may be due to unsuccessful pairing or not completing the pairing process. Pair your seat information with the light stick using the app, or visit a help desk. Q4. The battery life of the light stick is too short. A4. Check if you are using authentic AAA alkaline batteries. Do not use manganese and/or low-level batteries. Q5. Can I use the batteries that I used yesterday? A5. It is recommended to replace the batteries with new ones or prepare spare batteries as they may run out during the concert. Q6. The batteries have been replaced with new ones, but the light stick does not work. A6. Check the +/- directions of the batteries. If the batteries were inserted in the wrong direction, they may get overheated, run out, or not function properly. In addition, the light stick may permanently not function due to the battery fluid. When replacing the batteries, make sure to replace them all with new ones. Remove the batteries from the light stick and store them separately when it is not in use. (If batteries are too old and/or have not been stored properly, battery level can be low.) Q7. Do I need to keep my smartphone turned on during the concert? (And/or maintain Bluetooth connection?) A7. No. Once the pairing is successfully completed, the app and/or the Bluetooth function of your smartphone can be turned off. Once the light stick is successfully paired, it will function properly without internet connection. Q8. If I removed the batteries, do I have to enter the seat information again through the app? Is the seat information deleted when the batteries are removed? A8. There is no need to re-enter the information. It will not be deleted even if the batteries are removed. Q9. I am going to attend multiple days of the concert. Can I enter each seat information on day of the first concert? A9. Only the latest seat information entered is stored into the light stick. Therefore at each concert, enter new seat information for the correct date. Q10. My seat has been changed. What should I do? A10. Please pair your light stick again with the new seat information. Q11. I have multiple light sticks. May I enter the same seat information to several light sticks? A11. Enter the seat information into each of the light stick. One seat information can be entered into multiple light sticks. How to Set Up Bluetooth
